CNC CUTTING MATERIALS
Greetings! This section is dedicated to the materials that we can mill using our CNC machine, although we may not always have them in stock. You can also find information about other materials that can be used with CNC cutting if you prefer to bring in your own materials. The following are the most frequently used materials for CNC cutting:
ACRYLIC
We are capable of milling acrylic up to a maximum thickness of 2" and create pockets at any desired depth, just let us know! Kindly note, the acrylic edge will be NOT be smooth and will have a frosted finish
CORIAN
We have the capability to effectively cut corian. Our CNC machine is equipped with the necessary tools and expertise to handle Corian, ensuring clean and accurate cuts according to your specifications. Whether you require intricate designs or precise dimensions, our CNC milling process can effectively handle Corian to meet your project requirements.
PLYWOOD
We excel in precision milling for plywood with thicknesses ranging from 1/18" to 1-1/12". With our state-of-the-art equipment and expertise, we can transform plywood into custom shapes and designs with remarkable accuracy.
Not only do we offer exceptional milling capabilities, but we also provide sourcing solutions for plywood materials. If you require high-quality plywood for your project, our team can assist you in finding the perfect match.
FOAM
We are capable of milling High Density foam (HDU) 6" even thicker! We can create pockets at any desired depth.
MDF
MDF possesses ideal attributes for implementation as a material in CNC milling operations. Its exceptional suitability arises from its effortless machinability and processability, its consistent and steadfast nature, and its capability to attain an impeccable finish. We can CNC cut from 1/8″ to 2″ thick MDF.
SOLID WOOD
We specialize in machining and gluing up planks of various wood species to meet your specific requirements. Some of the wood species we work with include:
Oak, Maple, Walnut, Cherry, Birch, Mahogany, Ash, Pine, Cedar, Beech
