We accept STL, OBJ, and Gcode file types so send this along with your material preference, so that we can generate a quotation for you.
Our Process.
STEP 1: DESIGN FILE
Kindly send us your design file, which we will utilize to determine the quote and turnaround time. Please ensure that your file is in vector format to enable our software generator to provide an accurate quotation. In order to prevent scaling, we have provided our color guidelines and frame requirements. You are welcome to save your file in any of these formats for laser cutting purposes: Ai, 3DM, SVG, DXF, PDF, or DWG.
If you don't have a design, don't worry! You can send us any reference image or sketch you have, and our designers will provide you with a quote for file preparation.
STEP 3: CONFIRMATION
Upon receipt of your file, our production team will verify its content, determine the estimated completion time based on the current production queue, and issue an invoice through either QuickBooks or Wire Transfer. Typically, our standard turnaround time ranges from 8-10 business days following receipt of payment confirmation. However, we do offer an express service for which additional information can be obtained by contacting our production team.
STEP 2: COMPATIBLE FILE
Please provide us with a project description, as well as a compatible file, and we will furnish you with a quotation based on various factors, such as the complexity of the file, material selection, quantity, and turnaround time.
STEP 4: PICK-UP OR DELIVERY
Kindly coordinate with us via email to arrange a specific pickup or drop off schedule at the address indicated in our contacts. Our courier services include same-day and next-day delivery within the Metro area, while we can also facilitate shipping via USPS and UPS for locations within the United States.
